Scope of Work

This includes :

Direction and filming

Editing and final delivery

Ajinkya Kate and his team do not provide :

Event coverage
-
Event photography or videography
-
Ongoing social media management
-
Daily content production
All work is planned, intentional, and film-focused.
Project Structure & Timeline
Each project follows a defined process:

Discovery and planning

Filming
-
Editing
-
Delivery
Timelines will be communicated before the project begins and will be followed accordingly.
Delays caused by the client (including approvals, availability, or communication) will extend the timeline.
Payment Terms

A non-refundable advance is required to begin any project.

The remaining payment will be structured and agreed upon before the project starts.

Work will not begin until the advance is received.

Final deliverables will not be shared until full payment is completed.
Revisions

A reasonable number of revisions will be included and discussed before the project begins.

Revisions are limited to adjustments, not complete changes in direction.

Major changes beyond the agreed scope will be treated as additional work.
Creative Direction
Ajinkya Kate and his team maintain full creative direction over the film.
All decisions regarding :

Visual style

will be made in alignment with the agreed direction.
The goal is to create the best possible film, not just fulfill instructions.
Usage & Rights

The client receives rights to use the final film for their brand and marketing.

Ajinkya Kate and his team retain the right to showcase the work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
Campaign & Results
Ajinkya Kate and his team provide campaign strategy and direction for how the film is released.
However :

Results such as views, engagement, leads, or revenue are not guaranteed.

Outcomes depend on multiple factors including brand, audience, and execution beyond the film itself.
Client Responsibility
The client agrees to:

Provide timely communication and feedback

Be available for planning and filming
-
Respect agreed timelines and process
Delays or lack of communication will impact the project.
Cancellation

The advance payment is non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, payment for completed work will be retained.
Conduct
Ajinkya Kate and his team maintain a professional working environment.
Any form of:

Disrespect
-
Misconduct
-
Unreasonable demands outside scope
will result in termination of the project.
Testimonials & Success Stories
Ajinkya Kate may share client testimonials, project outcomes, or success stories for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes.
These may include examples of work completed, client feedback, or project case studies.
By working with Ajinkya Kate and his team, clients grant permission for their testimonials or project outcomes to be shared unless otherwise agreed in writing.
